I WILL SURVIVE: After the HEARTACHE.

Oh, I'm a survivor. My whole life has been so tremendously unpleasant, I am into a surviving scenario. I had no accomplishments except surviving. YES, IT IS THE ONLY ACCOMPLISHMENT I HAVE.

I have been writing a lot of topic about HEARTACHE before, but now its kind of different. It is now the story of my life. In reality I am WEAK, yes I admit that. Well its better to accept defeat right? Accepting that i am weak makes me feel better than pretending I'm not. Actually accepting failures and defeat makes me a better individual and the most important thing is that its a way for me to survive. Surviving certain situation or obstacle on life makes me more wiser and more stronger in dealing life. I was been able to learn from my own experience. Remember that there are no mistakes in life but lessons, the hard thing with it you experience it before learning from it. It is the reality of life.

Regarding with love matter I guess I am over it. I've been single for almost three years now and I realized I survived it. So, whats the problem? right? I guess I will just wait for the right time and the right person in my life. I just learned that the more I involved my self to someone and seek for a new relationship the more it complicates my life. The good thing with it, I never close my heart seeing other people and I did not close my heart. I was hurt and its just a part of life, no more complains but I should live my life. LOVE YOUR SELF FIRST. LOL!!!!

LOVE HURTS! LOVE SCARS! In the end of the DAY its up to you to MOVE ON.

Sometimes, love hurts. The abrasions of love have inspired many great writers. From Shakespeare to Jane Austen, writers have at some time or the other dwelt upon the anguish called love. One does not love a place the less for having suffered in it unless it has all been suffering, nothing but suffering.

This may sound really bad but what I am implying here is that we or most of us experience pain regarding and dealing with LOVE. The real reason why I want to tackle this thing is for the fact that today I realized something. I've been in loved with someone and promised my self that I will keep my eyes and heart to that someone even though I was been told that we should be better as friends only, nothing more nothing less.

Its been months that I keep or denying it to myself, pursued what I want. We are in good terms actually but it hurts me a lot that I was considered as friend only. I was delusional to think that we are indeed have a deeper sense of relationship, more than being friends.

Today, we exchanged sms and I was awaken from that dream. I realized something, I missed a lot of things while clinging on that hope, that someday we will be together as lovers. The good thing with it, I accept what is real and truth. I accept it with open heart and mind. Accepting facts sometimes is very painful, but in the end of the day you will never see your rainbows end or be happy with your life if you will not move on with it. Now, I think is the right time to enjoy my self and meet new individuals that will enter into my life. Its been a long time that I excluded my self to others because of that expectations of mine. Now, I considers my self to be more open to this kind of situation that indeed I deserve better than this. Not necessarily its the bad thing but I can be happier during that time I was in slaved by my emotions and false hope. Lets face this, I may sound so emotional but it is what I feel. I believe that everyone of us had been in this situation before.

The best thing to do is to let go and start over with life. Enjoy life every day, every hour, every minute ans seconds. Life is too short after all. Its time to move on. Happy that both parties are in Good terms until now. I love you still but I will let go for now or maybe forever. I have my life to deal with... See you soon.

GOLDEN RULE: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.

The ethic of reciprocity, also known as the Golden Rule, is an ethical code that states one has a right to just treatment, and a responsibility to ensure justice for others. Reciprocity is arguably the most essential basis for the modern concept of HUMAN RIGHTS , though it has its critics. A key element of the golden rule is that a person attempting to live by this rule treats all people, not just members of his or her in - group, with consideration.

Traditionally, " Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" also formulated as the Categorical Imperativ : "Act as if the maxim of thy action were to become by thy will a universal law of nature". Confucious had a version of the Golden Rule: "Do unto your inferiors as you would have your superiors do unto you."

Our relationships with other people probably cause more stress and anxiety than any other single factor in our life. Conflicts in the workplace, in the street, in the neighborhood, in the home, in our schools, government, churches and organizations aggravate, annoy and provoke anxiety in most of us fairly regularly. Rudeness, incivility, lawsuits and violence are increasingly common responses to the inevitable differences that arise in relationships.

The world's spiritual traditions find rare agreement in their answer to this universal problem. Christianity, Judaism, Islam and Buddhism all contain a version of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Most of our present-day social problems result from the fact that society increasingly follows two secular and cynical revisions of the Golden Rule. The first revision declares, "He who has the gold rules." This rule reinforces the most negative aspects of our competitive economic system by asserting that financial might makes right. It is the modern version of the divine right of kings, the notion that whoever has the most material power deserves to get their way.

I guess applying to these rule is certainly the key for our differences to be able to live harmoniously in this world. each and every one of us has their own explanation as well as implications to these thought. We are living in one place with different beliefs, different principles, different religions, different gods and a lot more. The important thing is that we apply this to our own life and that we would be able to reach that peace we dreaming of.

BE AWARE: Know The Symptoms and Prevention Of A(H1N1) VIRUS.

Symptoms and Prevention

What are the signs and symptoms of a person who has contracted the A(H1N1) virus? According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an agency of the US Health Department and Human Services, the symptoms of A(H1N1) virus are similar to those of regular influenza. A person develops cough, fever, headache and chills. He/She will feel weak and fatigued. Other cases have also reportedvomiting and diarrhea.

People who are 65 years and above and children below five years old are at higher risk of contracting the virus. Immunocompromised patients or people with weak immune systems (e.g., cancer patients and transplant recipients), patients with chronic medical conditions, and pregnant women also face a higher risk of infection if exposed to the virus.

Since the A(H1N1) virus spreads from person to person, transmission is quick, but like other infectious diseases, also preventable. Precautionary measures include:

  1. Regular and proper hand washing.
  2. Covering the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing;
  3. Avoid touching the eyes, nose and mouth because germs spread faster this way;
  4. Always bringing a hand sanitizer or a rubbing alcohol to use especially after coughing or sneezing;
  5. Staying away from public places like malls or concert halls;
  6. Staying home if one is sick to keep from transmitting the virus to others.

Experts advice that regular hand washing is still the best defense against the spread of diseases. Antiviral medications are already available in the market for the treatment of the A(H1N1) virus.
